• All orders are shipped either USPS Priority Mail Insured with Signature Confirmation (signature required depending on value) or USPS First Class.
• Orders are generally processed within 1 business day unless otherwise noted. Please allow extra handling time when noted as we occasionally travel to trade shows. Every effort will be made to process your order within a timely manner.
• Tracking information will be provided for every shipment.
• We only ship to the buyers address that is preregistered with eBay at the time of purchase. Any request to ship to an address other than the registered address will be revoked and reported to eBay.
• RETURNS – As stated above, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. We pay for return shipping however ALL returns are subject up to a 3% restocking fee. Bullion items (items listed in the Bullion categories) are subject up to a 10% restocking fee.
• ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been confirmed and paid that are cancelled prior to shipment may be subject up to a 3% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled prior to payment/checkout will be cancelled without a cancellation fee assessed.
• Regarding international orders:We ship to specific countries only through eBays Global Shipping Program.NO EXCEPTIONS!If you are unsure if your country is eligible for the GSP or if the item in questions will meet the requirements for eligibility, please contact us or eBays customer service prior to making a purchase. Requests to ship direct, avoiding the Global Shipping Program, will be denied.
• Sales Tax: eBay now collects sales tax directly for many US States. Based on the current applicable tax laws, eBay will calculate, collect, and remit sales tax on our behalf (as well as other sellers and registered dealers) for the affected, respective states. We do not see, calculate, or receive the sales tax for any of our transactions. It is all done automatically by eBay.
