An anthology of six short fantasy stories by E. M. Forster. Besides the titular tale, this collection also includes The Story of a Panic, The Other Side of the Hedge, Other Kingdom, The Curates Friend, and The Road From Colonus.

This collection was published after Forsters success with Howards End, and contains stories that he had written over the previous ten years.

Four pages of adverts to the rear.


CONDITION

In the original publishers cloth binding. Externally, smart. Light bumping to the extremities. Minor rubbing to the joints and extremities. A few light marks to the cloth. Spine is faded. Rear hinge is starting but firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean, with a few scattered spots and handling marks.
